![]() Unlike TCP, and even unlike the file mode in SRT, the "connection established" state in SRT live mode doesn't mean "I may have data for you that you may read", but "now read the data or else the link will soon choke and break". ![]() If the application isn't ready to read them, or it must perform some potentially long waiting activity first, it must not try to connect. If you are using the live mode SRT, the application that is expected to receive data (whether the peer is going to send the data it must be known prior to connecting) must start reading them immediately after the connection is established. Well, maybe we should make some clear statement for the library users and app developers.
